1. Therefore, a liquid nitrogen tank (-196 ℃) is required, which has the advantages of being economical, labor-saving, and maintaining cell biological characteristics well.

2. Low temperature refrigerator: According to the storage needs of drugs, reagents, and various biological agents, refrigerators with different temperature control levels must be equipped. Commonly used refrigerators include: 4 ℃, -20 ℃, -80 ℃. According to different temperature ranges, it can be divided into: drug refrigerated containers, blood refrigerated containers, drug shaders, and ultra-low temperature refrigerators.

4 ℃ is suitable for storing certain solutions, reagents, drugs, etc.

-20 ℃ is suitable for certain reagents, drugs, enzymes, serum, prepared antibiotics, DNA, protein samples, etc.

-80 ℃ is suitable for the preservation of certain long-term low-temperature preserved samples, purified samples, and special low-temperature treated digestive liquids.

A refrigerator at 0-10 ℃ is suitable for experiments such as electrophoresis, chromatography, and dialysis under low temperature conditions.

3. Incubator: A 37 ℃ incubator is used for solid culture and cell culture of bacteria.

The CO2 incubator is suitable for cultivating various cells and can provide a constant amount of CO2 (usually 5%) to maintain the acidity (pH) of the culture medium.
